Kicking off an email marketing campaign is extremely important to businesses today. Creating a professional image is essential in building your company’s image.
Two email marketing newsletter services I have used are “Constant Contact” andMail Chimp. Both do an excellent job. If you are just starting out and plan to have under 500 people in your list (at least for a while), I’d suggest using Mail Chimps free service. If your contact list is under 500 people and you plan on sending under 3000 total emails in a month, Mail Chimp is absolutely free. The only drawback is that their logo is at the bottom of your newsletter (not really a big deal if you ask me).. Mail Chimp does offer paid services for those sending out more emails. Another reason I prefer Mail Chimp is because it is so easy to create a good looking email. (They say it is as easy as eating a banana, and I’d agree!) They have all sorts of tutorials and videos to get you started. This is just another excellent tool for the bootstrapping entrerpeneur.
