The templates and easy drag and drop features make it easy to create an online store and eliminate the need to learn coding. Big Commerce has a feature that allows you to create contact forms and custom forms for your business. The shopping cart is known for its excellent search engine optimization tools and it being user friendly for the buyer.
Big Commerce allows the store owner to easily post very nice photos of each product and the ability to zoom in on each picture. Videos can also be added to the description very easily (similar to how www.Zappos.com displays videos)
A big reason I decided to use Big Commerce was because it is headquartered in Austin, Texas, they answer my phone calls, and I heard good comments about their customer service.
Big Commerce is also a very affordable shopping cart to get started with. The beginner plan starts at only $24.00 per month and allows you to list up to 100 products. As your business grows, you can upgrade your account to fit your business needs. So far I've been very happy with this shopping cart and think I finally found the right one for my business.
