Drop Box is a great “free” online file sharing application. It allows an entrepreneur or small business to keep all files in one location.     We use dropbox between all of the marketing people at our business. Graphic designers are easily able to send files back and forth between each other and we absolutely love it. We may be moving to the paid version eventually as we are running out of space!
